About Kelly

Born and raised on the southside of Milwaukee, Kelly is a Badger at heart, having graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with bachelors’ degrees in political science, legal studies, and sociology. Kelly is a graduate of Saint Louis University Law School, with a certificate in International Law. She is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and the Supreme Court of Missouri.She has been in practice for more than a decade, serving South Milwaukee, and the greater Milwaukee area. She specializes in estate planning and probate, serving also as guardian ad litem for adult guardianship proceedings, in probate administrations, and for annual protective placement reviews. Her experience with gift planning has also benefited her practice by giving her the opportunity to better understand and keep up with estate tax implications, gift taxes, and trust planning.She feels very fortunate to have built a strong and enduring practice near her family and friends and to serve her community.

She is also a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, serving as a co-chair for the Probate Bench and Bar, and the Association for Women Lawyers. Presently, Kelly serves on the Boards of Directors for Prime Financial Credit Union (Chair) and the Milwaukee Parks Foundation (Treasurer). Formerly, she served on the Boards of Directors for the St. Joan Antida Alumnae Association (Chair Person), the Notre Dame School of Milwaukee Auxiliary Board (Chair), the Milwaukee Gay Volleyball League (Vice President), the South Milwaukee Community and Business Association (Vice President), and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

In her spare time, she likes to read, cross stich, travel, cheer for her neice’s volleyball team, and post Instagram photos of her and her families’ pets.
